Creepy crawly ivy Iron fences keep curious photographers at bay

I'm happily driving to the photolab this morning when a motorcycle cop comes out of no where and follows close behind me. I knew I wasn't speeding and I was sure that at the last turn I'd used my blinker. Sure enough, after a few hundred meters up goes his red Stop Politie light.

He stops next to me and informs me that unless I can't see 50 meters ahead, my fog lights, front and rear, needed to be turned off. Before I could make him attent to the fact that the fog was quite thick, he told me visibility was probably right around 85 meters and I could do without my lights. Huh? Whatever.

Someone obviously had nothing better to do at 9:30 in the morning.
