I've been working on this "redesign" since July.

This is how it works:
I open up Photoshop, and like I do for my day job, I create a mock-up. A little bit here, a little bit there, and before you know it, I have something resembling a photoblog. Then, I move those bits one pixel to the left. I'll walk away from the computer and decide that the bits look better two pixels to the right. I'll be happy with that decision for a moment, but soon release that no, the bits moved two pixels to the right, take away from the photo.

That results in one taking 4-months just to change the fonts in the style sheet. Which is basically all I've done in the end.
